    It was a busy morning, but the wait wasn't unreasonably long... then we were seated. In the time it takes to say "I'll be right back to take care of you," one could easily ask "can I get you something to drink?" We were a table of 2... 2 coffees, 2 waters. Doesn't even need to be written down. Then we proceed to watch every table around us, seated after us, get drinks, while our waiter stands in line at the register playing grab-ass. After we proceeded to get up, he decided to look surprised when I said "some service.. anything." An under his breath comment, followed by an excuse from another server about how busy they were, was the end of my patience. Another server did offer to take care of us himself, but I'm not interested spit/pubes in my food. I don't write yelp reviews... I don't storm out of restaurants. I'm generally a patient person, but this was over the top.

    Excellent food, we went crazy and ordered a ton to try everything with a 3 person meal. The server was funny and nice, the place was also nice and cool. Everything we had was amazing and would definitely go back.

    Kitchen staff and management are extremely poor!! After waiting for 20 min just to place an order, the food was a total joke. I got the turkey berry sandwich thing, and half of the sandwich was bare bread. Total lack of turkey!! This sandwich came along with one of the smallest portions of French fries I have ever seen. My friend got biscuits and gravy that tasted very similar to CARDBOARD! Do not order them!! My other friend ordered the BLT. How do you screw up a BLT you may ask? Well, the bread was completely scorched and instead of taking the time to the toast a couple of new pieces they decided to just hide it as the center part of the sandwich. However... Our waiter Tony was great and helped us in every way possible. The turkey sandwich ended up being on the house. Thank you Tony!!

    Went there for breakfast on a Sunday morning. We had Tony as our server. He was very outgoing, nice, and funny. There were 6 of us and he nicely split our order 6-ways. I ordered steak omelet, pancakes, and hashbrowns. - sometimes I splurge! The food was served fairly quickly considering the amount of people in there and our large number at my table. It tasted great and the service was great the entire time. Only downfall: prices seem a little steep compared to most diners

    This is unbelievable, but it really happened! My step father was in the hospital in Utica, NY. I wanted to take my mom out to dinner wherever she wanted. I was also going to get something to go so I could bring my step father some descent food other than hospital food. My mom said she bought a coupon book at the NYS fair. All excited she said she wanted to go to IHOP because she could get a meal free if she bought one and she would bring it to my step father. We get to IHOP and Maria sat us in the booth fairly close to the waitress station next to where the counter where the cook places the finished food order on for server pickup. My mom ordered the Chicken Parmesan with pasta, I ordered the triple stack BLT sandwich with fry's, the Blue Cheese Bacon Burger and Fry's for my step dad and a large order of onion rings for my mom and I to share. We waited for like 45 minutes. That was a really long time for an IHOP. Maria brings all the food out. My moms Chicken Parmesan is a dried out piece of chicken with red sauce on it with soggy pasta. Extremely over cooked. My BLT had all the bacon on the side, wasn't even on the sandwich, it was a triple decker that looked like my 6 year old niece slapped it together herself. Our meals were not what we expected but whatever. We were in a hurry to get to the hospital. The onion rings however were the last straw! The breading was so over cooked it burned threw exposing the onion on the inside that was all dried out. My mom took the onion ring and banged it on the plate and it sounded like a rock. We only complained about the onion rings to Maria. She was very apologetic and sweet. All we asked was that we get a new order that wasn't left in the fryer for so long. Within minutes me hear the cook complaining about us to the entire kitchen staff and the servers. "Well, they said they are overcooked". He started literally bitching saying "i'm not going to make them again, there isn't anything wrong with them. Tell them the fryer must be broken because everything I cook comes out like that" It was embarrassing. We were being complained about in public by a loud mouth cook that couldn't even cook. Maria our waitress comes back over and says "I'm going to take these off the bill because the cook said the deep fryer is broken". I looked up at her and asked "then how's he still serving food from it?" Maria said "he said everything he cooks comes out looking like this so he can't make them any better." I said "fine". Then I asked Maria "Is it customary for restaurant staff to bitch about their customers when their customers are sitting right there and can hear everything they're saying?" Maria was shocked, she actually looked a little panicked and said "you heard that?" I said "Yup, we're sitting right here. I can hear his loud mouth bitching and complaining about us. I think this is unprofessional and completely wrong." Maria was super apologetic again and I could tell she was sincere. She did everything in her power to apologize for what just happened. Maria comes back with the bill after we eat our crap food and she hands me my to go order for my step dad and the bill. She also said she took the onion rings off the bill but convinced the cook to remake them again and she put them in the bag. That was very sweet of her. I opened the box to reveal what looked like were the same onion rings we sent back re cooked and left in the fryer until they were chard black. The breading was completely gone on most of them revealing black burnt onion. I was needless to say shocked, Maria couldn't believe it. I handed her the box as she kept saying "I am so sorry", "I don't know why he would do that?. The cook obviously intentionally burned the crap out of those onion rings on purpose to be a complete jerk. At this point my mom was upset sitting in the car while I took care of the bill so she didn't witness the burnt onion ring issue the second time. Maria had now apologized more than someone should ever have to. She gave me her managers name, Christine and said I should call. When I got out to the car I told my mom what happened. Now, my mom is an older woman. She is old school and doesn't use profanity and speaks with respect to others. She swung open the passenger door and walked back into IHOP. She yelled over the counter to the cook and said "you did that on purpose, you're an @ssho&%" and then walked out after another waitress came over and told the cook not to say a word because he's already said enough tonight. I spoke with Christine the following day. She told me that Maria called her at home after we left all upset because of what happened. She said she actually had to calm her down. It wasn't Maria's fault. She was a great waitress, I gave her 20% and she earned every penny. I told Christine everything that happened and she said she was sorry but that will never change the fact that it happened. She said the cook probably wasn't using the timer
